I think we caught a break from the zebras. Every replay I saw told me KW didn't get the ball across the goal line.

    What do you think?

i never saw a good replay, but when the pile finally came off of Keiland, he was laying on the goal line, with the ball about .03 milimeters away from the goalline.

I think it was a safety. Did the tip of his toe and the tip of the ball cross the line? Would that even be enough?

I thought we received the home field advantage on two or three calls last night. That was definitely one of them.

I was sitting on the line high up and Williams definitely crossed the goal line before going down hard and being pushed back. They marked it where the ball ended up, not where his feet were at that point.

If you say so, Red. It was impossible to tell on TV, and there was not a good shot of it from any angle, though our two announcers went on and on about it for several minutes.

If I was forced to make the call from what I saw on TV, I'd have to rule it a safety. However, it wasn't clear-cut at all - so if someone in the stands with a better angle happened to record the play, and that recording showed him crossing the goal line, it would not shock me.

I was sitting about four rows from the top of the upper deck on the other goal line and I saw it with my own eyes !!! NO safety...I was there.:hihi:.
