I have a question for you. I visit Hawai'i periodically. My impression of UH is that it is something like a commuter school, almost like a UNO. I am not talking about the campus, I am just talking about the student body. I see people with money living there going to schools back on the mainland, many of them on the west coast. Anyway, I could be way off on all of this, but here's my question. Would UH travel well to New Orleans? That's really all I want to know. Oh, and I think it would be a disaster to lose to a WAC team in the BCS. LSU had better get healthy if they make it that far.

    Aloha from Hawaii,

Much respect to those in the SEC. I believe that the SEC is the toughest conference in the NCAA, and the evolution of the "old boys" of the BIG 10. With that said, I gotta advise you that Hawaii is no joke. Albeit I am a bit biased, as a former player and now fan of the Warriors.

The big 10 took us for granted for many years until we started beating them year in a year out (as of late), until finally they don't want to play us. MSU, Michigan, Illinois, don't want to play because Hawaii has a fighting chance. Now after Bosie upset Oklahoma last year, the Fiesta Bowl (Big 12) doesn't want to choose a WAC team for an at-large bid. The list continues to grow.:angryfire

Our defense is getting better-- from 118th to 32nd in total D:

    Our Offense is pretty good:

It's not about the Heisman...it's about winning.

I hope it happens provided you guys get past Tennessee and we get past Washington. I'll go back to smoking weed now right?...lol

Good Luck! I'll be rooting for you!:thumb:

It's not just the passing game to fear, but the dirty play. Hawaii is easily the dirtiest team I've watched play, and this is over a span of five or six years...

I just hope if we play them they wear the throwback rainbow helmets and jerseys. Those were beyond awesome.

Colt Brennan would throw for 1,000 yards. We would have a very hard time beating Hawaii. We would have to score on every possession.

We have to beat Tennessee before we get there so we might not even see Hawaii.

Playing teams like Hawaii in a BCS bowl is a no win situation. Just ask OU. The big boys are expected to dominate the little boys, but it doesn't always work out that way.

Brennen would be looking for #44 all night long.
