Exactly. And neither will we. There are a ton of jobs where women do just fine and excel. The best and the toughest may get into combat units, mostly as officers like these two West Point ranger women. But there will be damn few in deployed combat infantry units.
Not sure how I missed this thread, but I don't think women have any place in combat, this is a result of whacko liberal feminist. Men are naturally more aggressive, stronger........when Muslims start crawling across my lawn I'd rather some bad ass Male SEAL with biceps, a shaved head and a high and tight ass kicking ass than some chick. On the other hand when I'm sick with the flu I want my mom. Men are natural killers, women are natural nurtures.

Well, they once said the same thing about women in academia and women in business, Chiquita--they just don't have the aptitude for it and belong in the kitchen. I quite agree that most women don't have the aptitude or the physical capability for ground combat, hell most men don't! Women are already fighting as pilots and on warships and many have been under fire as logistical troops in the middle east, so they CAN serve effectively. I just think that the very few women who have proven to have the stuff to fight in combat deserve the opportunity to try. If they can hack it, give them a patch and a rifle and let them serve. If they can't, send them back to base to make coffee.
