Tremont Waters and Naz Reid were the only 2 Tigers invited to be among the 66 players invited to the NBA combine. Javonte Smart, Skyler Mays, Emmitt Williams and Marlon Taylor were not invited. Is that a sign that they will return to play here?
no, the Ducks had Bol and King invited to the combine,.. but "Pritchard and Wooten are still testing the waters of the draft process. The deadline to terminate agents and remain eligible to return to college is May 29." https://www.oregonlive.com/ducks/2019/05/oregons-bol-bol-louis-king-invited-to-nba-combine.html
There's not a sliver of truth in that statement. A cold call? I won't pretend to know how close of a friendship Matta and Miller have, but to assume that the call was just out of the blue is asinine. Coaches across the country call each other in regard to players all the time. As asinine as saying "every successful program in the country is paying players," which is what was clearly implied.
Your post history reflects a penchant for trolling. Jesus. Literal Lucy. The fact that matta isn’t discussing cheating over the phone with miller proves he runs a clean program? Sounds like NCAA logic.
Simply not true. Shane, certainly you're not this caught up in this. It's a baseless assumption, and it's ridiculous to make such a broad statement. Not only do we have a instance where we've got a head coach telling Miller "we don't do that kind of thing here" we've also seen evidence where other coaches have met with those under investigation by the FBI and those recordings had one thing glaring absent: conversations about the exchange of monies. I'm certainly not saying everyone is innocent. I'm definitely saying the accusations of "everyone doing it" is without merit,
