i see. so you the answer is yes (or feel free to clarify like i aaked), you had better advice than wade's lawyer, who allowed him to keep his job, earn millions, pay minorities and establish a reputation as a talented coach, which he can use to earn huge in the NBA or back in college depending on punishment.

and you can also make these decisions better than wade's lawyer, who himself knows what wade values, what he is willing to risk and why, and generally hugely more than you know about the situation.
