Mam, the way this seasons gone..."anything" can happen, But I'd love to see the same Tiger team show up that played VT earlier this year. We'll see this weekend.

Should be a good game...I hope. With all the distractions I'm beginning to wonder if we show up at all.

I think many of us feel the same way.

Thanks Vol. First you won't have any problems getting tickets. By some accounts not to far from the CNN center you will probably see plenty tickets for sale.

On to the most important part. I'm really concerned if our team can get up for this game. If they can pull off a big, going away type of win Les Miles should be coach of the year. The problem is we haven't pulled away from a SEC opponent since opening night. I'm sure that will be the case.

My guess is we cannot get up for this game and your Vols win 29 - 17.

you're very cool VOLSCHICK118. good reasoning. My wife's uncles are Tennesee residents and pull for the Vols, and they're buddies of mine. If LSU isn't the top team, I'm OK with UT. But I'm hardcore LSU, and I always want them to be the top team. Mauck winning against the Vols isn't my favorite LSU win (last year's Sugar Bowl or 03 over the Sooners tie for that), but it was a game I loved. LSU needs to win tomorrow, then crush Hawaii, or whoever. Then hopefully the Vols get a great bowl bed and do the SEC proud and destroy whoever. PS: I like Fullmer, but I don't think he is the answer for you.:helmet:

I live in Omaha, have been at 2 CWS Championship Games that LSU won, including the 16 K shutout against hated Miami. Living in Omaha, hating U of Miami is like BR hating, say Florida, or even Auburn or Alabama or Arkansas. Omaha people Like LSU. LSU fans come to the CWS every year, and have made many friends. But now, Miles and Michigan, Bo and Nebraska. What's a team to do. Sorry Volschick, but this will be an LSU victory, just to make up for all the distractions. Plus, honestly, they're a better team. You already realize that. Do well in whatever bown game you get to (Cotton vs Mizz-OK), but accept that the SEC Champ will be LSU.:helmet:

Don't get in any trouble in Buckhead. Been there, had fun. Got in trouble in other party spots in Atlanta. Fond memories:helmet:
