Hello tigers! First off congratulations on getting to the SEC champ game! After going to the Cal game and leaving with a horrible loss and then to do it again two weeks later at Florida, I never thought Tennessee would be going to the SEC Champ game, yet alone a bowl game. But with much help from LSU, Auburn, and then our own team pulling it out when we needed to, my vols have happened to found their way to Atlanta!

I was definately angry with LSU for not beating Arky for two reasons.
    1. I wanted my vols to be the ones to ruin LSU's national championship spot just like they did to us a few years ago.
    2. If Tenn. was not to do number 1, then I wanted LSU to be the ones in the Nat'l champ. game to represent the SEC. Now more than likely we will be having a WVA team who is in the Big Joke and then plays the worst out of conference schedule including Marshall, Maryland, and Miss St. A 2 loss LSU team would be better than that 1 loss WVA!!

As far as the game, I really don't know what will happen. I don't think LSU stands much of a chance at the National Title anymore so they won't have the same eyes to win for something big. Now its just either team gets to go to the BCS game, while that is still big, no one has the advantage to win more than the other. I think if LSU is up at the half they have a good chance to win the game as Tenn is not a second half team, I don't know where their offense or their defense goes, but its definately not back on that field. We barely beat SC and KY for those reasons.

I plan on being at that game, no tickets yet, but I will travel from SC to hope to get tickets, if not have fun at the bars in Atl. I have never been to a champ. game, nor have I seen Tenn play LSU in person. I really hope this game is as exciting as the Tenn/Kentucky game, a classic SEC game, instead of a blowout.

    GO VOLS!

Not to discount you or your fans but Tenn is a team that literally backed into the title game and seems unworthy. I know most of us in the south have respect for Tenn but after the flop at an average Cal and the waxing Florida gave you there isnt much luster on the Tenn banner right now. We could possibly have the lowest rated SEC championship game of all time. Its certainly a game that will have one of the lowest national impacts of all SEC title games. Sorry but all in all it would have been better for you to lose saturday and let a hot Georgia team play us in the game.

Big games = Championship games, Bowl games.

LSU was coming off a major national disaster (not to mention, Rita just happened), and it was Miles' first SEC game. I think most anyone could have beaten LSU that weekend. The fact that Tennessee wasn't able to pull it further out is another story.

And Arky is all that great? You guys struggled against them, at home and we had no problems.

Yes we started out on a horrible path by blowouts, but we have ended and got the job done, a win is a win, and if you look at the SEC east, there isn't a team that stands out as being great. Florida is a good team, but they have made their mistakes. UGA lost to a SC team that isn't that great at home and then got their butts kicked by Tenn. UGA might be coming on strong lately, but Tenn is in it, and you need to take it for what it is worth, not the wants or the could be's. If anything, we'd rather be playing Bama. But I'm happy to be in this game and I look forward to experiencing a game against LSU.

And then there's the part about UT being down 21 points at the half...

Why wouldn't you rather paly a good team, instead of a .500 ball club on a 4 game losing streak?

Want to know how did we lose to them and badly, want that rematch.

I'm still happy that we are playing LSU, in the end it doesn't really matter since we made it to the game! :)
