    He has never said he would. Thus he is not running on a platform to raise taxes.

    Isn't it funny that the Republicans cannot get much independent support? The Republicans have largely gone off the track in the last 15 years and have lost the moderates and independents. Nevertheless independents vote on both side of the fence. I voted for a Republican candidate for governor just 2 weeks ago. One of many republicans I have voted for.

    I agree. It should be. You would think enough people feel that it should be legalized that a politician wouldn't fear losing votes by being in favor of it or at least remaining neutral. Anyway I was just being cynical. There is no politician who will be for or against every single thing that anybody is for or against. Except for red who is for or against whatever Obama and Hillary are for or against.

    So go ahead and support Obama, Ozzy Osbourne or the Wizard or Oz. It really won't matter. The sheeple voters always have the last word.

    Of course it's true but it's always been that way. You can't blame Republican or Democrats. Or maybe you can blame them all, starting with George Washington. The Father of Our Country was very wealthy.
