Since that other thread got destroyed I'll post a little info on this one. Lance Kendricks had a very good visit and he and his parents loved LSU. They loved Miles and thought his attention to detail was great and will be a factor in the decision. They loved the facilties and the Academic Center and thought that he would have a chance to be very successful in school. Distance will not be a factor for him even though he is from Wisconsin. His parents love to travel and he knows he'll only be plane ride from home. His parents will be a big part of his decision and they seem to be very smart people. Lance loved the weather in Baton Rouge along with everything else and LSU is leading I believe. Dickson was in for the second week in a row on an unofficial, that's got to be good news I think. Especially since we won. Cate came in for his official and loved it, and he was assured that he is the QB LSU wants. Fisher told him Tebow was in on an unofficial and most liely came to LSU only to see the Gators play. Trent Williams loved his visit but still did not commit because he wants to make sure LSU is the right place for him. He rated his visit a 10.
Thanks cajdav1 for the info. I really hope we get Kendricks. As we saw Saturday those big recievers are great. USC has really done a good job going after the 6'4 and above. I think they cause such a mismatch.
I forgot to mention that Lance is also a triple jumper in track and he met with the track coaches and talked to all of the coaches about how they handle a two sport player. The track program will another big bonus for us and I have to believe the fact we've had some great triple jumpers come out of the program has to be a big plus for us.
