Visitors this weekend?

The rivals board is hinting that we have two high-profile recruits in town this weekend. They won't say who, though. Any idea what/who this guy is talking about? Or is he full of it?

There's a couple big time prospects coming in, not sure which ones you are referring to...

My understanding is that it is two offensive linemen who have committed to other schools. I don't have any names.

 

Rumor is that JB Shugarts is soft on his commitment to Ohio St & his heavily considering LSU, he may be in for the camp. Not sure who the other one would be... possibly the other OT we were recruiting that commited to Ohio St?

 

If that's the rumor, it sounds like Shugarts is likely one, and perhaps Daniel Campbell is the other.

 

I'm going to guess one of the other members of the "O5". Campbell sounds pretty committed to USC.

 

LOI day is a looooong way off. PC encourages players to take all their visits even after they've committed. Campbell gave his final reason for committing to USC as "the beach". :dis: Like I said at the time, not what you want to see/hear after a player commits.

 

For what it's worth, the Shugarts thing is a going rumor with a LOT of smoke, perhaps indicating fire. The Campbell thing was a wild guess on my part based solely on the "committed to other schools" thing.
