Went both ways, neither was called. You need a flag on a INT? Hartline's arm was held a bit on one of the early (underthrown) fade routes... so it evens out. That was bizarre. #4, Coleman, tackled him a good second or two before he went out. The two careened out of bounds together, perfectly legal. Not even sure there was much contact after he crossed the line. They penalized #92, who was trailing on the play and never caught up. Strange.
Then the Buckeyes shouldn't have committed them. Most of those were "obvious", you,d think they'd try to be a bit more "covert" about it. The only one that i had some doubts about was the late hit OOB. But the network never really showed a good angle.
I thought it might have been maybe he pushed a bit more than he should have after he was OOB. But the camera guys really never did get a good enough angle to tell.
I'll say this, I didn't see that much holding by LSU... not like we're accustomed to seeing (go uncalled) in the b10, especially on Gholston. You guys did a pretty stout job on him and the rest.
I didn't see any obvious holding calls missed in this game at all, either side. There were a couple of instances where I thought they "could" have called it. But that was it. Great job by the refs letting the players play.
