I have noticed this all season. Everytime the camera pans the stadium for a game other than a top 10 matchup, there appear to be several empty seats, ESPECIALLY in the 50yd line area of the lower bowl. which leads me to believe all the damn yuppies have taken over season tickets. I agree with earlier comments that our fanbase has become spoiled. It is kind of sad how much our "fans" appear to take for granted. The success we have experienced over the last 10-12 years is something a lot of fanbases never get the opportunity to enjoy; at least not on a year in and year out basis.
The first part about yuppies taking over the tickets is 100% correct. But its not that spoiled fans are no showing, its that so many ticket holders arent really fans. Many arent even big fans of football period.
