I think I'll be making a few bets on this.

Over on Syracuse and under on Florida St, are the 2 I feel best about. I also like under on Notre Dame and Michigan. Over on Ole Miss & LSU. I still need to look over all their schedules some more though.

On LSU, my original prediction was 9-3, but I'm starting to feel really confident about this team. I like what I'm hearing about our summer workouts, as well as the development of our CBs & QB play. Not only are our OL & DL dominant, but they have great depth - substantially better than last year & DL depth hurt us last year (surprisingly). I'm also feeling better about the UF game because 2 more of their Safeties are out for the year, their DLine is weak, and our passing game should be much better than when we played them last year. I don't think we lose 4 games, and while 3 is very possible that would be a push (no money lost) so I like my chances of at least breaking even.

I voted 10-2, and I think we will win the SEC West.

I think I may get in on some of this action as well. I won't bet LSU because its one of my superstitions, faux pas, whatever I just don't do it, ever. But I like the bong horns to win less than 9. I'll have to look this over closely before dropping some cheddar on any of it.

I'll definately take the Notre Dame line. NO WAY they win 9 games. This if FREE money.

9-3 is median, 10-2 would be great, 8-4 would be a little disapoining (depending on how the season unfolds, injuries, officials, etc)

But the shape of the program is strong, we'll be fine long term.

I got us at 11-1....still sticking to my adamant stance that our O-line and D-line's will carry this team all year long

This just in: Patrick Johnson makes honerable mention All-American as a true freshman

I think 9-3 is about right. We're playing some really good teams. Auburn, UGA, and FL are all pretty nasty.

So you think will be be on the losing end of that entire trifecta?

I think LSU is pretty nasty too. We're not gonna roll over.

I said 9-3 is about right...... not I think we are going 9-3. I just look at teams like those three who have been gearing up to this season. All three have chances to make a big push for a national championship. I don't think that this is our year, but that's ok b/c 9-3 is pretty damn awesome if we do come out that way.
