Ya know, Pokey's teams weren't boring and they were certainly watchable: solid basketball play. There is absolutely no parity right now. However, when you get to second round/Sweet 16 teams playing each other? Those are some good ball games, Shane. There are teams I enjoy watching: Kim Mulkey's Baylor squads always play good ball.
Golf, both PGA and LPGA, is the only professional sport I watch. ITT (re: women's bball) you'll notice I've only mentioned collegiate. By purity, ball movement, defense, etc. Even with fast breaking offenses in today's game you can find both.
Then watch them, I'm not saying you shouldn't. When i say it's unwatchable I mean for me so yeah, I will take a pass and watch bbq pitmaster instead
@shane0911 I'm sitting here contemplating driving out to watch a round today. It's only supposed to be "close to 100° today." I play here, all the time. And let me tell you, it was freakin' HOT yesterday. I spent most of the day outside building on a work shop / man cave at a friends house. Let me tell ya, brother. We ain't got AC in that sum bitch yet. I say that to say this ... I know I'd be wiped out if I head out to CCC. The softball game starts at 930, right? So, I'm thinking about playing OU and start considering ... #1 team winning pecentage. #1 team ERA. #1 team HR per game. #1 team batting average. # of shutouts pitched, their defensive efficiency...slugging percentage, on base % ... I'm thinking they lead in every one of those categories and probably a few more. It's one of the best teams I've seen ... sad you're scoffing at it, really.
