You guys would have hired Hallman? Vargas? Smoke? This place ain’t exactly Mensa Central but I give most of you more credit than that. Either that or a tremendous pussification has infected this place
Vargas, i couldn’t tell you as i do not follow the sport close enough to say. And without using Google, you couldn’t name more than 3 women’s coaches in the country either. Smoke, yeah. And the only reason you say other wise is with benefit of hindsight. Was a long time Skip Bertman assistant. Still to this day has more regional appearances at UL-M than every other coach in their history combined. UL-M had only 1 winning season in the 10 years prior to his hire. Starting in year 2 Smoke had zero losing seasons, 3 conference championships, and 3 trips to Regionals. But of course you saw through all of that, i’m sure. Curley wasn’t terrible on paper either. At the time, literally nobody knew Brett Favre was Brett fucking Favre. Curley was well respected and climbing the coaching ranks fast. Again hindsight and knowing the results makes it look a lot worse than at the time. In fact, he had a higher winning percentage and more bowl wins when we hired him than Saban did when we hired him. Again, i’m sure you were smart enough to know better at a time when his games were never televised, and the internet didn’t exist yet.
let’s hear who you would have hired those years. come on, your the hotshot that thinks he could do the AD’s job better than he does. who would you have hired in each of those seasons?
Dude you bitch at me more than my ex wives . Do I owe you money? Maybe I played tummy stix with your wife .
just answering your questions and asking my own in return. if that’s too much for you to handle, maybe a message boards isn’t the place for you.
I mean you kinda did put yourself out there. I on the other hand don't really give a shit who they hire as long as its not Pawl or Dunn. They can hire you and Nootch and id be happier
probably not for long though,.. ducks fired their long time coach two years ago, the game changed but he couldn't adjust, what happened to paul?
