Finally made it to a game...haven't been since BCSNCG...and haven't been to TS since '06!! Found TeamKATT and got to meet some of the great TF friends I've made over the past 3 years. Brought the boys along for the fun...kind of a last chance to spend with Dad for a while, as I am currently sitting in Dallas...back to work again.:angry: Anyway, GREATLY enjoyed meeting so many of you, and I even enjoyed the game. Jack (7) was really into it...he knows every cheer already! Joshua (4) seemed a little overwhelmed...complained it was too loud a couple of times...but both were real troopers considering the conditions last night. Thank God for ponchos! Who I met...and remember- Okie Salty PodKATT Crip Big Wee Salty Grad Mrs. Grad Stevescooking and son and last but certainly not least...Nootch and son. If you haven't tailgated with TeamKATT yet...you're missing out! It was great to finally meet all of you...even you, Nootch. I hope the redfish suddenly migrate to TX, up the Trinity River, and find themselves in the East Fork...where I'll be waiting in my kayak for them. Great pics and great backsides!!!opcorn: It was a real thrill to meet the posters from team KATT for the first time. I felt like we were all old friends. It really was an honor to meet cripp and everyone...I couldn't stop smiling. I was able to get over to 327's tailgate too. Podcat led me there. My son had a blast...his first LSU game ever. I'll try to post some of his pictures too. (have to charge up his camera.) Also, it was a pleasure meeting YawYaw_team katt as well. I think Chase is a class act. Fish head forgot him because chase was too busy reeling in coeds passing by to play the beer relay game.:hihi:.
i'll get some pics posted and an album made at some point in the next couple of days. was great to meet fish and steve. and good to see swerved again who dropped by for a bit.
It was good to see everyone again.. Unfortunately, I didn't get to stick around long.. I'll drop by again soon and hang out for a bit. Especially come October for the Florida game. I gotta see an ice chest get clobbered again this year.
I knew I forgot someone! I don't know that I actually met Chase, though. Like you said, he was chasing coeds...and I was trying to keep track of a 4 and 7 yr old. But now that you mention it, I know exactly who you're referring to. He's the one that I kept thinking to myself "he better enjoy this while he can".:lol:
Fish and steve it was Great meeting y'all along with LSUFanZone (he showed up REALLY late) Fish and steve sorry I wasnt much fun Saturday kind of depressing when all you can really do is sit in a chair with your leg proped up in another chair! Glad y'all found out what other TF posters have found out over the past few recent seasons.....And y'all will always have an open invitation to join us again!! Also any other TF posters that have not made it out our way yet y'all are also more then welcome to come hang out with us on the Parade Grounds...get there early enough and you can sit in on the Geaux Show Live Show!!! I think we are gonna shoot for the Florida Game being the Tigerforums OFFICIAL Meet Up Game!!!! So come on out. Play some Holy Board or Flip Cup or just come sit and shoot the ****!
I dont know cause you were still there when I left. He showed up when we were taking down the tents and Nootch was still there too.
I am going to try to make it to that. I am working on tickets, but I am planning on being in Baton Rouge even if I don't get them beforehand.
