Vanderbilt faces tougher test next week

"We're going to have a slight increase in the level of competition,'' Johnson deadpanned when asked about going to Baton Rouge. "We're not going to be scared. It is an opportunity to do something big for our program and you can not do anything big unless you can go down there and compete with those guys.''

LSU presents an atmosphere unlike any in college football. It's a place where first-time visitors either grow up or throw up.

Vanderbilt's freshman tailbacks have heard the stories, but don't seem fazed.
"I heard it's crazy there, it's hard to hear the plays and the ground is shaking,'' said Stacy.

"Yeah, I hear they get a little wild at night, but we are very confident,''added Norman.:dis:

    The roar awaits.:tigereye:
