    Who said anything about the wnba? Nobody watches them but a few flannel wearing dykes. The NFL can afford it but who would watch? Would you rather see these future ditchdiggers and fast food workers score touchdowns and make tackles for LSU or not give a shit how they play in the Destrehan River Rats vs the Tupelo Hound Dogs game?

    Actually in towns with WNBA teams, the interest is decent. Minor leagues have worked in MLB for 100 years. I'd really like to see colleges return to student athletes that play for four years and graduate. The game was just as popular then.
