Does that mean that they'll both wear their colored jerseys? Being light blue and dark red, shouldn't be too hard to tell them apart.

 

Can't help myself. It's CARDINAL, not red. It would be like someone calling LSU colors Purple and Yellow. It's a dumb rule and I'm glad both coaches agreed to take it on. THIS is what the rivalry should look like.

 

I knew when I wrote it that I wasn't calling it by it's proper name, but you know what? I was just trying to make a point, and the proper name for the color was irrelevant to the point.

 

Totally agree. As long as the coaches agree and the colors aren't similar what does it matter if both teams want to wear their colored jerseys.

 

Sure this is not PC trying to get even over pre-season comments bout the new dog in town? Course Ricky will not say no but is this PC saying "I will beat you with one hand tied"?

Two wrongs don't make a right. Get me some dark sunglasses and a screen filter before watching these colors clash. :hihi: I've never liked the Powderpuff Girl blue uniforms. (UNC, UCLA, San Diego Chargers) It seems more appropriate for a little girls' soccer team.
