Have their sanctions come in yet? If so that's impressive. A testament to the University rather than Kiffen and Orgeron.

Starting this signing day, USC will be limited to 15 recruits for the next 3 years. This year they can sign 18, but 3 must enroll next spring term, then they are considered part of last year's class.

It's mostly about the university, but give the little prick credit,.. Kiffen knows how to sway recruits.

He must...three 5*....the rest 4*....all of them ranked in single digits (lots of ones and twos) for position ranking.

Within the PAC anyhow, Kiffen's reputation as a coach rose last year, he wasn't the boob we expected.

I don't see it happening this year, but I fear USC is going to become a monster.

So if they sign (those 3) they enroll next spring (2013) but count in 2012's class?

I thought they returned a heap and were a legit contender for a NCG appearance. Seriously.

I think it's because,.. spring of 2013 is part of the 2012 academic year.

They do and are,.. USC might have the best starting 22 in the land. .I just think their lack of depth is going to cost them. .Also, they didn't have much of a running game last year, and they still don't have an established RB. .And if Barkley gets hurt, they have ??? to replace him. .

I think the Ducks will be better than USC this year.

The 3x10 scholarship penalty has to hurt them some, but USC is collecting a horrifying amount of talent. If they can develop a top notch QB, a couple of years from now, though thin in numbers, they still could be amazing.

It seems like Kiffen has manipulated the scholarship numbers, and minimalized the damage so far. .I'm still hoping he flops, but it's looking less likely.

    Oh, I see.

I rememberr PC being criticized for live practices one year when they were riddled with injuries. I know all teams endure this but theirs was off the charts.

    .
Hard to believe they could go to having seven 5 star RB's to not having a running game in such a short period. .

Don't get ahead of yourselves. He had nothing to lose last year, and has heaps of expectations this year. We'll see what he's made of; I'm confident that he'll fuck it up somehow.

Also, SC is always very high in the recruting rankings. I mean, the school really recruits itself with its location & history. But that sure as hell doesn't guarantee success.
