    They can still shift around and drop and add to accommodate. 26 commits means nothing.

    Yeah I guess they can do with it as they please, but it must add up to 10 over 3 years.

    Where every other school will have 75 schollies, they will be able to give out only 65 over that span.

    If they choose to give out 25 this year, then they are limited to 40 over the next 2 years.

    Their choice.

    Why wouldn't he, he knows he is the "escape goat" for USC, they hired him to do what he can through this crap and when it all over I'd expect them to send him packing and bring in their "real" guy. Just a prediction.

    The total numbers catch up in the so-called long run. What it really means that you cannot miss of your players. Have the world's greatest walk on program, 30 total loss scholarships has never been tried, should be interesting. Keep attrition low, lower, lowest. If you got a player who is playing bone on bone with a steel rod in his back, beg for one more year.
