Now we can talk about scholarships.....holy cow! That's a huge hit! so that means they can only have 75 guys on scholarships in 2011 2012 and 2013? What about the amount they sign each year? I guess it doesn't matter so long as they stay under 75???
What are the recruits that signed this past season thinking? Henderson and Prater and all those cats. They won't be able to play in a bowl until their senior season pending they don't redshirt. edit: junior season, its a 2 year ban on bowls.

To add to this, how many recruits do you think Ogre and Kitten told that nothing would happen to USC everything would be fine.
WOW! Apparently it is 30 not 20? If true this is huge. This can cripple a program. Just think if we lost this many schollys over 3 years. Bhelm would probably wake up screaming in the middle of the night! My guess is they won't be the USC we once knew in football for 6 years at a minimum. Don't expect them to get all 5 star players just because they can only take a few recruits. Kids will shy away so I don't think their average Rival star ranking goes up.
