I don't think we're focused on the 20 scholarships because we don't know the timeframe. Over 5 years would not be a big deal. Over 2 or 3 would be.
20+ schoarlships over 5 years still hurts any way you slice it and would prolong the time to recover. That is still say 4-6 scholarships a year. Over 3 years is probably the most likely scenario.
Montgomery reporters supposedly jumped the gun with the press release and said it is 30 scholarships over 3 years. WOW!
this. usc has rehired the two clowns that had a hand in the program this all happened under. given the shenanigans that were likely going on at tenn in their short time there, and that the ncaa was starting to sniff around, hopefully lame and o will be watched closely.
