Im saying I think Wade has been the best player on the floor so far. I use to not like Wade, I thought he was way to arrogant. But I met him a few times and he is pretty cool, I am glad he is back to form.
Today was the 1st time they really "let er rip" and played full throttle. Seeing 5 NBA All-Stars play defense with that much effort is a joy. Especially Wade who doesn't play defense at all for the Heat.
i watched the game against china and was disappointed that I saw almost no jumpshots made. redd came in at the end and hit a few of those 20 ft 3 pters but everything else was misses then putbacks or mostly just drives to the bucket. i was hoping this team would shoot better from the field but from that one game I didnt notice an improvement. and why is jason kidd starting when he's the worst option.
because his heart is so big it allows for him to have more points and assists than all the other better pg's. i thought i clarified this back in the fall.
yes but i wasnt sure if it applied here. I thought the wife beating may have trumped the big heart issue.
quite a valid point. though, more than likely the problem resides in the fact that when coach k talks it shows he has the smallest mouth on earth.
Dwayne Wade has been the MVP thus far with LeBron James right behind. (NBA voters would probably vote the opposite just as they gave the All Star MVP to James even though he wasn't the reason the East won) Bosh, Howard, and Paul have also played well in the games I've seen. Carmelo Anthony and Kobe Bryant have been disappointing to me. Anthony is playing more defense but both are selfish with the ball and aren't taking the best shots. I don't think Kobe has ever understood the word TEAM. Jason Kidd is looking his age. Chris Paul is fun to watch. We're pretty damn fortunate to have him in New Orleans. The kid is amazing!
They just need to get the rhythm down of the international game, they shot 46% from the arc against Spain, which is pretty damn good, they shot a good FG% as well. Even better today against Germany, this team is good. Jason Kidd is probably starting due to the fact that they like to get out early and run. He is still probably the best point guard in transition. He cant shoot worth a piss. Kobe has come on the last few games, but I am impressed with Wade, he has just been great. However, putbacks, drives to the lane. A win is a win, with this teams athleticism, no other team will be able to keep up with them for 4 quarters.
wade looks like hes playing for a contract. not sure if hes trying to prove to himself hes back to normal after injury or to the world or possibly both. either way, mission accomplished.
