Since when did Meyer run a clean program and care about recruits?

He's growing on me but what a name dropper. Urban to ND is nothing but a myth, IMHO.

    its his dream job.

    seems hes going eventually.

its just a matter of when.

what better time than now after winning another NC and the domers with the K-Y out and their checkbooks open?

8 mill a year would seem fitting for urban's ego. he'd likely even leave his wife for that.

I like the sound of that :)

If Meyer leaves Florida, there is a fair chance Florida promotes Charlie Strong to head coach. He started off his coaching career as a grad asst at FL (83-84), and he had several other coaching jobs at FL during his career: LB coach at FL (88-89), assistant head coach/DT coach at FL (91-94), and DC at FL (2003-present).

If Florida doesn't promote Strong to head coach to replace Urban, then Strong might just go to ND with Urban. Strong did leave FL for Notre Dame in 94. He was DL coach at ND from 95-98, same time Urban Meyer was WR coach at ND (96-00).

Sources have told Irish Eyes that athletic director Jack Swarbrick will publicly announce, most likely within the next 24 hours, that Weis will be back for his fifth season in South Bend.

And the managers of all the McDonalds franchises in the South Bend area breathe a collective sigh of relief. ****ahhhhhhhhhhh********

The thing is he is bringing in some talent and they have an easy schedule next year. When you factor in his coaching they are a lock to probably win only eight games, but that improvement will keep him there for a while. Poor, poor Domers.
