I was just talking to an 19-year-old girl the other day with a heart muscle defect. Had four surgeries and her aorta is now the aorta of a deceased person. Would be nice if she could retire after making millions, but she isn't in that position She's still trying to get into community college. I have a couple good friends with heart defects, and they are all still working.
lots of reasons to go public with the info as previously stated, the info would have leaked, to help make the transition to a new staff easier (i'm inclined to think, as was stated on espn, that utah coach whittingham may be a viable candidate), and to help hold onto recruits. hope that his health concern isn't life threatening gotta wonder about some recruits having second thoughts
i dislike immensely both UF and meyer but i don't think there's more to this story other than urban's health. i wish him well.
Ya, when my mom found out she has cancer, she wouldn't even let me tell her siblings (because she didn't want her dying and now deceased mother to hear about it). When my mom's older brother found out about my mom's cancer a few months later, he called me up and was like "WTF, why didn't you tell me!?!?!
espn reporting reason is a heart muscle defect not consdered to be life threatening at this time. cum expected to take on a role yet to be determined in uf athletic dept.
