Relax. If he had cancer, then all he'd have to say is "I have cancer," right? Until it's confirmed he has health issues or cancer, don't cry about it.
An interesting side note: At this year's Sugar Bowl neither team will have its head coach on the sideline. I doubt if that has ever happened before in any bowl game.

I don't think most would broadcast their diagnosis to get sympathy. The fact that the announcement is so drastic and sudden, it has got to be something really serious personally. No point in announcing before the bowl while he has been at the pinnacle of his career.
That would be tight if Bobby Bowden went to Florida and Urban would come back when healthy or sumin but just so Bobby could beat down FSU for forcing him out.
Regardless of our feelings of the man, in reality its just a game and in the grand scheme of life its just that a game. This is the mans life. I wish him well and Godspeed.
