Miles is going to play Jefferson because he thinks he is the better quaterback. He doesn't need an oppurtunity to make the switch. He is the headcoach, and will make the call when he sees fit. He has made it clear that he runs the team by his rules. The whims of arm chair quarterbacks aren't his concern. Or, maybe Miles thinks Jefferson gives LSU a better chance to win.

which is why people will have to just decide on their own whether miles is an ass, or has reasons that are not being made public, to sit players. miles doesnt talk about these things.
Lee wouldn't have seen the field if Jefferson never got suspended arrested and released. Lee was always a back up and he did just enough to win the games he won this year. Jefferson is a better qb for this team and that's why he is playing. Lee did a great job and I am stoked that he is ready to go if needed. Les Miles hates that he even has to talk about this his eyes roll every time a question about Lee pops up. But think of this Lee plays and is found that he flunked out now everything we earned is taken away bc lee was ineligible bc of grades. Les is letting him dress out and that's that. Why you think Metbgr got the kneeling duty against Nutt.
Les can't publicly discuss a student's academic record. It's a violation of federal and state laws and university rules.
true. but i'm not so sure he would anyway. just like any injury reports he could, he wont. he just does not give out info. which is why i go back to people are just gonna have to believe whatever they want to believe. because it wont, or cant, be said.
