Uhmmmm. A lot of those Sandlappers are thinking the later game will now move to Columbia, when they will have a better team (can't be as bad as this one). I understood it was staying in Baton Rouge, regardless.
Well, LSU fans that always wanted Spurrier as a coach will get to see him coaching the home team in Death Valley.
Don't look for 100,000 fans on Saturday but with 3 days notice there should be a decent crowd. Probably closing the upper deck so the crowd that is there is more concentrated in areas that will be on TV so the cameras don't show a lot of empty seats. I don't remember for sure but it seemed like there was a decent crowd at the 2003 game that was moved to Arizona
Is it going to be general admission or will season ticket holders get their usual seats? What about parking pass holders? Anybody heard?
On TOS, they are saying that you are not guaranteed your season ticket spots. But you do choose your seats when you log on, so you might get them (or even better.) The parking pass for Western Kentucky is supposed to be the one you use, and you will have to save it for that game.
And now it's been moved to 5 again 104.5 ESPN, that's Joe Alleva will address the media at 5 o'clock today.
