Underemployment Rises to 20.3% in March Keep in mind that taxes from Health care are just now going to go into effect not to mention if cap and tax passes. The worse thing you could do under these circumstances is a huge government program and lets not forget that we will have to start paying taxes on this stimulus package at some point.
