He looked like he has some pretty good throwing ability, and he can run too. You're gonna be hard pressed to find a QB that isn't a primadonna.
I agree. He's got 2 officials left and from everything I've read, unless he and his momma make a visit, he won't be coming. I look forward to see if and where he goes for those 2.
That is always a premium position, LSU must get more consistent play from the OL. Despite probably missing out on Gary and Manuel this is shaping up to be a great DL class. LSU is looking to lock up most of the top in state guys, more importantly the ones they really want. As for LB, we have commits but this is a serious position of immediate need. We can't get too many in this class.
We really needed Smith and or one of the LB's from AL. Unless we convert someone like Teuhema or Clark. It is a real position of need right now.
I know the rule is to take a QB in every class. But we have 3 right now and I'm kinda liking Khalil Tate who is currently an AZ commit. He's coming for a visit and he's slotted as a RB but he's such a great athlete and he wants to compete at QB. I'll take hungry over spoiled any day.
Losing Clifton Garrett hurt, I still never got the story on what exactly happened with him, I assumed grades, but not sure.
Be careful what you wish for, I don't think we have any spoiled qb's. But then again they may not be hungry either.
