I would make it RR's job to return punts, he did a nice job last season, and then maybe Kardon Boone. He did it in High School, and looked pretty damn good doing it too.
I watched, and recorded the entire game. LC had Clowney on straight man-handle mode. Clowney couldn't get a pass rush, and LC was already playing on a tender ankle. As stated above, Clowney only became the sack master once LC got his ankle rolled..... Landry is definitely 5* material. Lets not forget that these ratings are someones opinion. And considering most are journalist who've never even played the game, I never put much value into recruit rankings. Watch the film, trust what you see.
