    UNC is no pushover, I have seen them play up close. They have athletes, but no great QB play.
    Dont know what they will be like in 2010.

    I love the idea of us opening the season in the Georgia Dome on National TV vs UNC. It would be a great way to start the season.

    I think it would be great exposure for LSU.

    I see no down side.

    Bros, Les Miles has beaten all 3 ACC foes that he has faced by a combined score of 126-13. I think we need to schedule as many ACC teams as possible.

    in taf fees, no.

    in fact, we have one less home game than last year, but the taf fees went up.

    All season last year the one game we kept hearing about as justification for Alabama's high ranking was the Clemson game in the Georgia Dome.

    Just sayin'...

    Just reading the title of the thread I was not for it. To me, beating UNC would not be that impressive so the 'reward' part of the matchup looked weak. But after learning about UNC from reading all these posts, maybe they are on the rise. And the national exposure will clearly not hurt. So I have climbed aboard the bandwagon.

    I have not seen where there has been anything official on this game taking place. I think that would be great exposure for LSU if this game was to take place. Please provide a link if there is anything official. Thanks

    To my knowledge, there is no official word yet. It is one of a couple different scenarios the organizers of the ACC/SEC Challenge (or whatever they call it) are looking at. But from what I know, it's the most likely one.
