UNC Game Will Set The Tone For Our Season

Making yourself heard is a good thing, thrashing people for having questions is a bit strong. Of all the posts on this thread most of them are positive, especially the op. Are there those that are negative, absolutely. You need to wait for one them to actually post so that your energy is best served. Not disagreeing with your take on the negative fans that do exist, the ones that have basically written off the coaches and the team, and I applaud your passion and support of the team, but I just think the stance is a bit strong given that no one who has posted on this thread, other than Crip, was really negative.

For the record, Crip is a very loyal fan, from what I know of his tailgate crew. He is just a bit jaded over the past 2 seasons.

 

And very grown I am and hear what your saying but how does it not drive you crazy when anyone post bs when they probably no very little about the game of football and think that all of their opinions are right! I mean just because the only snippet people have seen of this football team is the spring game besides reports, they are already making judgement? Be a real fan and support you team period! Its funny you dont hear one negative when we are winning! Cant wait for the season to start!

 

I'm sick of people not being able to see this coaching staff for what they are worth...and I'm sick of people calling a persons loyality to a team into question just because they have a bad feeling about the game....the problem with fans are the ones that only became fans after 2003 and have no idea what its like to watch a coach turn the thing you love into a laughing stock!!!

I hope for nothing more then this team to hit on all cylinders (I dont know what in the hell a CELINDER is) but I call it like I see it....and just like I will say it here I will say it over the air on the Geaux Show

This team will geaux 6-6 Crowton will be let go at the midseason and when Les runs out of skate (lol) goats he will find himself without a job...IF LSu doesnt allow him to leave on his own before the season ends!

BUT back to the topic of the thread....

The really bad thing about this game is IF LSU does not show up and we get beat by an ACC team the entire nation is gonna be watching....which could wind up biting us in the ass in the coming years!

This game is really a lose/lose for us...I mean if we win then we are suppose to beat UNC and if we lose then we become a punchline

 

Oh, it does drive most of us crazy, but many have been on this forum for some time and we know what type of poster they are. Being new you couldn't have known this about Crip. I suggest spend a little time going back through some threads, you will quickly figure out who are the negatigers, the trolls, and the pot stirrers. Some solid, strong fans and posters have just a very negative sour taste in their mouth over the last 2 seasons, as is the case with Crip. He is a very knowledgeable poster and loves his Tigers, he is just taking the negative approach, that way if we have a horrible season he will not be as disappointed. He will have already set his emotions up for that. Should we have a solid season he will be able to cheer at his tailgates and have his crew giving their undying support to their Tigers.

 

Gut Feeling...I was talking with this with Podkatt at the Godfathers Bacholar party Saturday night..I cant explain it I just have this feeling in the pit of my stomach that says this is the year that we have been dreading when it comes to the way Miles coaches.

Yeah and we needed a INT, Punt return and a MIRACLE goal line stand to beat Miss St last season.

Just because a team doesnt lose heart or faith in their coaches 1 season does not guarantee that they will act and feel the same the next season..HELL look at the baseball team!

6-6, dunno, but we have all come to learn that every Saturday tells a story. IF we lose to UNC, HOW we lost will determine the rest of the season. With a run game, I wanna believe JJ's play in the pocket will improve. I very much look forward to this contest. :tigerhead
