I absolutely love this game. Right now it is 28- 24 ULM. I always hated the Florida/Tennessee fans of the 90's. They were so arrogant. I normally always pull for the SEC out of conference. Not with this team. This is incredible, a team that beat Arkansas, played Auburn to OT, and is in this game vs Baylor. This is AWESOME. I have been to two of our NC games. They were not as great as the 97 game against Florida. Not even close. It is so much fun to have a team that could not possibly win. And then does. My wish is that LSU fans remember not being all that, and appreciate the underdog. Come on ULM. They have never been to a bowl game!!!! I believe that this is there year.
Great game ULM! Oh how I would have loved to see you beat Baylor and Auburn. I hope you make it to a bowl game. Fun to watch.
Fun to watch. After two weeks of them losing, I believe I could use another beer. Great to see a small LA school give it to the big boys. How bout ULM!
Good to see ULM do so well. But I was pulling for Baylor, my friend Phil Bennett is the DC, great guy.
I just got back from the ULM game. It was a pretty wild atmosphere by ULM standards. Set an new all-time attendance record with 31K. Tough loss but the ULM faithful have new life and the program seems to be going in the right direction. People are excited about ULM football for the first time in ages. Definitely great to have other Louisiana schools doing great. Just wished they could have finished off Auburn & Baylor...maybe they could have been a BCS buster.
