I didn't realize ULL played Wednesday for the 2nd straight week (odd scheduling). They finally beat a team they Hudspeth had yet to beat Arkansas State, and dominated them on the road. Impressive (470 yards to 168).
You play when you have to play to get on TV. Thursday used to be that day until the big conferences took it over. UL has three weeknight games this year... the two Tuesday night games and a Thursday in a couple weeks.
That's because people are too stupid to understand that Louisville has always been UofL, not UL. FYI, UL is 32nd in Coaches' and 35th in the Harris.
I wouldn't even say he's on LSU's scraps yet............he's done a good job and created an exciting fun atmosphere.
Nobody confuses LSU with anyone. Jus sayin. Certainly has. He has more of a coaching persona than Miles.
What's funny is that the fan base for UL is all gung-ho about pushing the "Louisiana" brand, but the administration over there drags their feet on it. The biggest issue is the "LSU Rule" which says that "University of Louisiana" must be followed by a city, but a simply "Louisiana" does not.
