Oh man, I was in that camp for awhile too. I soured on him eventually, just like everyone else, but I probably held on a little longer than many. I thought he got some unfair criticism, especially from the bozos who thought he should have taken himself out of games because he was obviously hurt down the stretch in 2002. I felt like it was Haslett's responsibility to make that move....and Haz owned up a few years ago, when he admitted he left AB in too long because he didn't want the fans to think they could influence his decisions.
