UGA is now 1-4, 0-3 SEC, after losing to lowly Colorado this weekend. Is this Mark Richt's last year and if so will the Bulldogs go after Will Muschamp? Mack Brown is trying to keep Muschamp at Texas, designating him 'Coach in Waiting' but would this be enough to keep him in Austin if Georgia calls?
good question. supposedly the big money backers in georgia are saying Richt is safe no matter what. And this was after losing to colorado. losing to Tennessee this weekend may make them start thinking differently. My guess is that if UGA calls, he' gonna go.
There was a faction at UGA that likes Dooley, after this weekend, it may not matter. After the the loss this weekend, with Tx., will they want to start moving Mack Brown out? We still have a bunch of football left to play this year. Lots of coaching changes will take place, just like every year.
Mack was in the NC game last year. and he was within 3 pts with only a couple minutes to go in the game. pretty sure he has enough equity to hang on at least past this season.
I know, but talking with some of the folks there, its gonna be fun to see how he ends this season. Like I said, lots of football left. This is college football. Got to love it.:yelwink2:
