a good defense can make any team look average. the fact UT ran clock on offense to keep it close was smart. we all assumed they would have punted 20 times in the first half with 3 picks from crompton. ball control worked and kept UT in it. UF is still the best team in the country and this may be their worst showing of the season simply due to monte kiffin (no credit to lane), eric berry and co. and remember UF looked like a 4 loss team before they steamrolled us last year the won out. they lost to ole myth at home by god. im pretty sure the thoughts of UF being very vulnerable will soon dissipate much like last year.

I dont think so. They had two very good receivers last year, that they are really missing. Look what Harvin is doing in the NFL, he is a difference maker on the field. I believe Florida loses two games this year. Also, if they are more like 07 than 08 on offense, Tebow will wear down. He took a pounding in his first real game already. You can beat Tebow left and Tebow right, but throw Harvin and Murphy in there as well, and it was a whole different game. UF truly wanted to smash UT, Tebow was texting his boyfriend....UUUUrrhh coach, saying save some time outs for Tennessee, they were at home and they were ready to play. If UT had any kind of QB, that game could have been a loss for UF. Meyer is arrogant, albeit a damn good coach, but an arrogant SOB. The excuses for winning by 10 (which he should be happy with) make him look even more classless.
