I know these guys bring different styles to the cage but do you think Brock, Bones, Cain or someone else could beat one of the Klitschko's in boxing? I know Lights out Toney got dismembered when fought Randy.

Boxing, all of them would get knocked out in under 30 seconds.
Cage, they win in under 30 seconds.

was there no ****ing prelims? this was lame. wtf

also pacquiao lost but of course was up 4 on one card, 3 on the other and one had it a draw.

so jr dos santos knocked out cain velasquez in 2 secs with a punch behind the ear.

marquez won about 2/3rds of the rounds and lost by that score i posted.

the ufc fight was a disappointment but the boxing match was great minus the outcome.

and of course any boxer will get destroyed. once a grappler gets his hands on them its officially over but everyone knew toney had no chance either way.

clearly everyone knew james toney had no shot against couture. that fat ****er was winded 15 secs in.

Big write up on it on the yahoo sports page I believe. Dana White blasted the fans that were bitching saying that they have to ease the GP into this. Guess his plan is to add more fights later but for a while think he sticks with one bout on fox.

this is why mma/ufc is so great. the prelims are what make the event in case of a bad style matchup in the main event or a quick knockout just like last night.

they had a 1.5 hr spot to fill with fluff and ended it an hr early because the fight was over and that was that. I bet those who bought tickets loved that.

i didnt know anyone else was unhappy about it. I just assumed there was an undercard. how can he defend this?

the entire ufc card is awesome no matter if you have one or two bad matchups. thats why it destroys boxing in the ratings. dana white sold fox a pile of crap if this is the standard.

and once again, marquez was robbed. I dont know if people were mad about that either but they should be. typical boxing. if the champ doesnt get knocked the **** out, he wins on the scorecards.

Dos Santos hit Valesquez with a gump. Looked great on HD. Fox did a good job. Wished there was at least 2 other fights on the card, though.

we were watching football so I didnt care to watch all the prefight crap. i did see lesnar who looked monstrous in a suit.

but come on. one fight? you have to know it may only last a minute and have a contingency plan in case of such unfulfilled circumstances.

maybe if i had actually read and known ahead of time it wouldnt have sucked as hard. but i doubt it.

the clay guida fight wasnt shown. good job, dana.

if joe woulda just choked dana out at the end it would have been great.
