Yeh Marsh for our recruits has been the most visable making plays. Ware hasnt been able to get any space. So he will fit in well here ;-) Alabama as expected is raking them in.
Don't expect to see much of the RBs putting up great numbers in the actual game considering all these types of games focus on the QB and WRs offensively. Limits on the offensive sets allowed in the game are the main reason. Main formation is the "I" and most of these top RBs don't even run that formation in HS anymore. Eespecially RBs on the East squad whos OL is being dominated by the West DL.
I have to admit no matter how negative it may sound... after I saw that run by Ware I said to myself...."too bad we probably won't even see him". That is the attitude that GC has put in our heads with the "invisible talent" on our team. I sure do hope that we get to see some of these guys actually get coached up to their full potential. It would have to be a HUGE swing from the patterns I have seen the past two years. Geez...I told you it was negative.....
From the First half: #91 Marsh is doing great. In addition to the blocked FG, is dominating at the DT for the white team. Already has a two or three tackles. #30 DB Reid showed some nice shut-down coverage for the white team. #3 Ware had a good run for the black team showing off his speed and vision.
GC has many problems but one that is glaring is that he packages plays for specific players. If you put a RB in there that RB has to be a threat no matter what play is called, every once in a while you can throw a curve ball with a special play or package for a specific player but you can't run your whole offense like that. Ware looks faster than his 40 time.
Our O-line better get it together though. That kidd Floyd is gonna be all in their grill for the next couple years... lol
