Ty is a YOUNG man, new to having money, and new to having people actually care what he says. He is new to the world of public relations. He needs to learn about all those things, and the fine will get his attention. Someone from the Bulls org. needs to sit down with him and school him on public relations, like not saying you basically consider the event 'not important' when many fans do consider it important. I just consider it a function of his youth. He'll learn.
