i will buy that alot of his big plays seems somewhat random. but maybe he truly is a rain man at stripping the ball and being in the right place to grab turnovers. no doubt he isnt the NFL prospect that his hype might indicate.
yeah seriously he is like a magical wizard of turnovers. but is that sustainable? it would be exciting as fuck if it is.
i didnt think it was but his first year he didnt even start. and last year he just made bigger plays since he was on the field more. he clearly has a crazy talent for stripping the ball and recovering it. coaches try to teach it but you cant teach tenacity.
that was sweet earlier when i said "exciting as fuck". cheers to the new allowing of swear words. even the most sheltered child is not emotionally damaged by sports related excited swearing.
Greg Williams (God rest his soul) would kill to have the Honey Badger on his team. Also, Bill Belichick.
Belichick. Which team will Greg Williams be coaching? What was the name of that HS Curley Hallman was relagated? Muscle Shoals Alabama? maybe there.
goodell is a tad out of control but the players did sign their lives away with that contract. once again the dudes with all the money get over. also what does muscle shoals mean. shouldnt it be mussle shoals. doesnt seem to fit.
I'm sorry but give me one example of a football player in the history of the sport that has the skill to strip, find the ball, recover, and score like this dude does. You can't can you. That play against Kentucky was the greatest single effort on any play I have ever seen, and it's not just that play, how many times has he done that? I agree with Tigerchick, call his ass overrated, piss the dude off, make the honey badger so f'n mad that he turns green. Good.
Yeah, and Patrick Peterson was overrated because he got ate up in the A&M bowl game. Mo got ate up in the WVU game. Guess he was overrated too. They're cornerbacks. It happens. What's overrated is saying this dude is a coverage liability. He's not. He has an occasional lapse in technique, but it's not as if he just routinely gets beaten. The Alabama game was a product of great throws and equally great catches. He wasn't burnt. Out of position and playing catch up, maybe. But even in position, those throws and those catches were going to happen. Tennessee, he got burnt a couple of times. But he cleaned that up in the 2nd half. WVU ate our entire secondary for lunch, but we still made plays and blew them out. SHOCK AND AWE!!! A DB GOT BURNT AND DREW A PENALTY OR TWO. THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!! Wake me up when he's not a Heisman candidate and Bednarik winner.
