alot of states actually have legalize bills that the state houses have passed. Washington, Colorado, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and that is for recreational use. Medically Obama and the DOJ still keep raiding dispensaries no matter what state law says. Criminal if you ask me.

Just out of curiosity, do greeks, the band, other club members and organization members at LSU get drug tested? Or is it just athletics? What about students, if you are a student that gets arrested for posession, do you get kicked out of the university?

I believe him, let him play. Case closed. I'd be a liar but hey...... I have also always said that if I ever get put on a jury in a marijuana case, no matter what the fuck happens i'm voting not guilty. Kind of along the same lines here.

BATON ROUGE - Tyrann "Honey Badger" Mathieu cannot return to the LSU football team at any time in the future, LSU senior associate athletic director for NCAA compliance Bo Bahnsen reiterated on Monday after an ESPN story stated there was a chance Mathieu could return for the 2013 season.

"He's permanently ineligible to play football at LSU," Bahnsen said in a telephone interview Monday afternoon. "That's definite. That's what was said Friday."
