I believe signing day is Feb 7th. I'll check on your second question and edit this post if I find it unless someone else knows.

First link shows him as one of Miles' signess but the second link looks like he ended up at Jordan Hare. He's not on our roster. Now you have me curious, hope someone can elaborate.
