I posted as much a while back and was surprised how many here couldn't fathom it...chemistry, among other things, is important. To the OP, Miles ain't changing- 2 QB's.
At this time last year I would've said JJ but he has now started 21 games and has looked awful. In eight games this year he has how many TD passes? One? We're 7-1 but that's due more to the defense, special teams, and JL than JJ. I think the project is over and it's time to move on. I just hope and pray we're not still in this position next season. With 21 starts...and counting, JJ has to be near the top of the list for most starts as a QB at LSU. Unfortunately it's due to a bad situation and not due to him deserving it. I'm still hoping for a miracle for the kid but it's looking more like it will never happen for him. I hope he gets his degree because his football days are limited.
Come on man quit being so hard on JJ, you are waaaaaaaaaay off on his passing stats. He has 2 touchdown passes, not 1. :hihi:
My bad!...Did he get two against UNC? I forget the other one. Maybe it's because I take bathroom/concessions breaks when he's in at QB. I'd rather watch our defense.
1 to randle and 1 to shepard. since then spencer ware has thrown more touchdown passes. hell let him quarterback.
I agree... how many passing attempts has it taken LSUs 2 QBs to throw a combined total of 4 TDs? And 1 pass attempt from Ware, and 1 TD... there's the new QB, plus he's a real run threat.
To tell you the truth, I'm hoping that Lee, looking over JJ's shoulder makes him a little uncomfortable. I just feel like JJ has some insecurities that could translate into pressing the issues. Each one, worrying about the other, would be the best case scenario, from my perspective of course.
