Especially when done in the cold weather in the middle of the season. Is it really worth getting your coach sick in the middle of the season?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the '03 flag was raised for the first time right before the biblical flood before the start of the '04 season opener. Perhaps the '07 flag will be raised right before the biblical flood next season?

Oh, I forgot, it never rains in Tiger Stadium...

Pelini got the bath, and didnt shower all night. Based on accounts I've heard, and the pictures I've seen, he didnt mind one bit

Second question: Did Miles ever receive a Gatorade bath from the players following the NC win this year? I saw two baths given and neither was Miles.

I don't think he ever did!

Les asked not to be doused because there were so many post-game podium events and being wet and sticky for a couple of hours is a bloody drag.

I would agree, except it's probably significant to the players. They don't get a chance to dump the cooler unless they earn it. I have a feeling they like it for that reason.

For the fans it's sort of ...whatever.

Pellini wasn't being paid to pose in the Nike BCS LSU leather jacket on national TV. Les was.
