Tubberville Announces he is staying at Auburn

No surprise here, it's the SEC. I hope Coach Miles announces soon he's staying at LSU. :milesmic:

 

To be honest, I'm kinda surprised when you consider how Auburn tried to screw him a few years back.

Kinda puts the pressure on Miles to do the same thing if he is staying.

 

To be honest, I think deep down he wants to stick it to the guys that have caused him so much grief. However, he's got such a great program and he's really settled there. I think he also loves getting to play Saban every year and all the drama that comes with it. I'm sure he plans to own the Bama game year in and year out.

 

I think he stays, I hope he stays, but he didn't say he was staying. If tamu offered more and AU didn't match or come close....would that "mean" Auburn didn't want him? I want an Eclipse 500, and I am sure Eclipse Aviation wants me to have one, but neither of us want it enough to make it happen.

 

I wish Miles would take a page from his playbook and make a similar statement.

 

I would not have posted it if I did not think he was staying. He would be nuts to leave the SEC and Auburn.
