Not gonna be pissed. Used to the league catering to Auburn, Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia while everyone else gets shit on. That's why we have permanent opponents. You can bet your ass if the shoe was on the other foot, and it was Alabama in that situation something would be done and Stankey would be leading the charge.

It was mentioned on the radio yesterday and I agree with it. If the SEC tries to strongarm LSU into cancelling a home game and this isn't corrected and the scenario you talked about unfolds, if I'm LSU I'm talking to the Big 12 to see what they have to offer. What kind of money, television deals, etc etc. doesn't mean it has to get accepted, or LSU would even make that move, but it never hurts to have a conversation.

Kind of par for the course when it comes to LSU and Bama. Guess it'd be like 2011 except this time it's just a little Conference Championship.

If our AD, Battle, didn't get this rescheduled, regardless of the bind that Florida put us in, he would need to go. Now, it wouldn't be about the stupidity of the Gator's AD or the spineless way Sankey has failed to be proactive throughout this situation. It's about winning anyplace, anyway, anyhow. Ole Miss, Tamu, LSU, and the barn ain't passing us just because others didn't want to play ball. Then I would sneak into the BHG stadium in Gainsville and pee on Tebow's statue.

Lol, you know it's really hard to dislike Tebow. Did you hear the other day a person watching the minor league baseball game in the stands starting having a seizure and Tebow lept into the stands and started praying over the person. The guy took so much shit for praying after TD's and whatnot and Kaeprnick gets praised for doing what he is doing for his beliefs. Double standard, but that's for another thread. I've always felt like Tebow is Brendan Fraser in that movie where his parents kept him in a bunker until he was 18 and then released him into the world. But it's hard to dislike Tebow, he really is a good dude.

I think Joe Alleva needs continue to do what is needed to get this game played and LSU needs to stomp a fucking mud hole in Florida, and after LSU needs to have a conversation with the Big 12. Again that doesn't mean you bolt, but you show the SEC this charade with giving every other school everything they want and shitting on LSU at every turn, be it reduced night home games or permanent opponents needs to come to an end. You know Tennessee vs Alabama may be a traditional rivalry but LSU UF isn't. Georgia Auburn may be a tradition but so is playing night games at Death Valley. If the deal was sweet enough, and LSU got everything it wanted, assured night games, no made up cross division rivalry and a push on revenue. Why wouldn't LSU consider moving. I also feel like if the Big 12 could somehow manage to get LSU to come, Arkansas would probably start thinking about it too.

    I WOULD BE THRILLED.
We can't control whatever else happens with the red elephant bastards. The cards are always stacked in your favor anyway.
But, beating you--- that is, without a doubt- a thing of glory.

Just kidding on Tebow. He doesn't wear his faith so much on his sleeve on the SEC Network as when he was playing. Besides, every time he gets to use his superhuman powers to save the downtrodden, we know he's still able to leap tall buildings.

I can see you in a few years telling Tigerland how you really feel about the Longhorn Network and the bias Texas has with the home office. I'm predicting it could get ugly. LSU should get what they want on the reschedule. I'm thinking the week after TAMU and I don't really think it's a bother regardless of who goes to Atlanta. Might be an advantage for someone. I'd rather the SEC have the evening to themselves.
