Lol. Have you ever watched the actual comments? He called her one of the most beautiful women in the world. He talked about her weight in terms of the actual contest....it's a multi-million dollar business for God's sake, not a therapist's couch. He admitted that others wanted to get rid of her but he didn't. He admitted his own love of food and that being overweight was a universal problem. She doesn't look like she is being shamed. I'd say she looks happy to be the center of attention. "Alicia has done an incredible job...she gained some weight in the middle of the reign." Her reaction? "I don't think so....I AM the most beautiful woman in the world....all woman in the world have a problem with weight....I had some problem with this...the next Miss Universe, no more dinners, no more lunch, no more breakfast....when you travel, no more diplomatic dinners...when you are Miss Universe, you don't have time for nothing..." And back to Trump, "I think the women are magnificent." And despite the interviewer turning the conversation to his impending divorce with Maples, he had this to say about her, "She's a great professional...she's a very professional talented woman....she's a terrific mother and that's her best asset that she's a great mother. Tiffany is a great child and she has a great mother." Yeah, he's a real asshole that one. SMH.
So Izzy predicted that there would be no significant advantage taken from the first debate. kluke accurately predicted that we would know who won the debates by how the polls moved in battleground states. The results are in and they are certainly not kind to Trump. Florida - In what had been anywhere from a tied race to a 1 point Clinton lead, she has averaged a 3.5 point lead since the debate. Pennsylvania - Trump had pulled to within 3 before the debate but now trails by 6 again after the debate. Michigan - Has stayed the same, really throughout the entire election as a 6 point Clinton lead North Carolina - This one had been neck and neck but similar to Florida Clinton is now polling about 3 points ahead. Colorado - Trump had pulled to within 3-4 before the debate, now it's back to a 9 point Clinton lead Virginia - Clinton led by about 5 before the debate and now is at 7. Nevada - Trump led Nevada, however slightly, going into the debate and it is now in Clinton's favor by 3.5 points New Hampshire - one poll showing Clinton up by 6 which is unchanged from what it has been all along. It would be damn hard to argue that Clinton had not won this debate hands down. Last night's VP debate I would give to Pence on points. He was smoother and more polished and Kaine interrupted too much. That said, no one really cares. Clinton and Trump are the show.
As opposed to shaming and threatening the women her husband screwed or raped. @Tiger in NC this article cites a NY Times article showing HRCwent well beyond the hurt wife routine with Bill's women. Read the quotes here or the Times piece (I would give you the link but don't have a NYT subscription) and give me that bs again. http://defund.com/new-york-times-admits-hillary-clinton-treated-women-like-crap/ Her actions go far beyond what DT did.
The only reason she didn't have Monica Lewinsky murdered was because the story became public before she found out about it.
